Dennis Rojas
Founder & Head Coach of Orange County Heat. Dennis Rojas is a New York–based coach bringing more than 20 years of experience in youth basketball development. His leadership blends deep athletic knowledge with a professional background at respected institutions, including NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York. As program director, Dennis coaches multiple boys' and girls' divisions within Orange County Heat (9U, 12U, 13U, 14U). Under his guidance, the program has grown into one of the premier AAU organizations in Orange County, NY.

Carlos Banks Carter
Founder of Carlos Banks Academy and National Coach. FIBA-Level Coach. Carlos is a Dominican basketball coach, educator, and international program leader with a distinguished career spanning player development, academic instruction, and high-performance coaching. He holds a Master's in Physical Education with diplomas in Sports Psychology (INTEC) and Educational Leadership (BARNA). Carlos Banks Academy is an international development institution with presence in Spain, Ecuador, and Italy.

Edwin Guerrero
Head Coach of EG Basketball Academy and Coach for NBA Basketball School Dominican Republic. Edwin specializes in technical, tactical, and physical training of players at the youth and pre-collegiate levels. His approach combines discipline, solid fundamentals, and a progressive teaching style. He has collaborated with collegiate and professional-level players, reflecting deep connections within the high-level competitive basketball ecosystem.

Moisés Luis Sarmiento
Head Coach of Academia Deportiva Sarmiento. Born in San Pedro de Macorís, Moisés is a community leader, sports trainer, and one of the leading advocates for youth development in the Verón–Punta Cana region. In 2002, he moved to Punta Cana and began social and sports work that has become a pillar of support for hundreds of families. His academy has impacted more than 2,000 children, providing athletic training, mentorship, and academic scholarships. He currently serves as President of the Board of Trustees for the José Justo Pepén Multipurpose Center — the very venue of this tournament.
